1. The service
Happy Pepi Uploader is a personal tool that helps the owner of the YouTube channel Happy Pepi upload their own videos through YouTube API Services. It is not offered as a public multi-user product.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
By using the App you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The App is a client of YouTube API Services; Google / YouTube remain the providers of the underlying platform.
3. Your responsibilities
- You may only authorize the App with a Google account you control that owns the target channel.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including copyright, community guidelines, and local law.
- You will not use the App to upload content you do not have rights to, or to access anyone else’s YouTube data.
4. Availability
The App is provided “as is” for personal use. Features may change or stop without notice. YouTube API quotas, audits, and Google account policies may limit what the App can do.
